In The BeginningThe Bible
We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, inerrant and infallible, and fully sufficient in all matters relating to life, faith and conduct.
The Trinity
We believe in the Triune Godhead: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, who are co-eternal, co-equal and one in essence.
The Triune Godhead is sovereign in creation and redemption, equal in essence yet distinct in function.
The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is truly and fully divine, and truly and fully human.
Through His atoning sacrifice at Calvary, He became the propitiation for our sins and our penal substitute.
We believe in His bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, present ministry of intercession, and His personal pre-millennial second coming.
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God, co-equal and co-eternal with the Father and the Son.
The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, empowers believers for service, distributes spiritual gifts, illuminates Scripture, indwells believers, sanctifies believers and glorifies Christ.
Mankind
We believe in the fall of mankind through the original sin of Adam and Eve, bringing depravity upon human nature and making humanity subject to the righteous judgement of God.
Salvation
We believe salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ alone, based upon His redemptive work on the Cross.
Salvation is available to all who repent of sin and turn to Christ in faith.
We believe salvation includes justification, sanctification and glorification, and that true faith will be evidenced by holy living.
Ephesians 2:4–10
“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”
The Second Coming
We believe in the personal and bodily pre-millennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe that believers will be gathered unto the Lord and that God’s purposes for Israel will be fulfilled.
This truth encourages prayer, holy living and evangelism.
The Church’s Commission
We believe the primary function of the Church is to witness, preach the Gospel and make disciples of all nations.
Matthew 28:19–20
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.”
